Gary started his muskie career in 1979 in the Northwoods of Wisconsin fishing the famed Vilas County. He landed his first muskie on a Suick, and shortly after bought every color available at that time. His home state of Indiana did not have a good stocking program in place at this time, so he spent a lot of time traveling to find good muskie waters. The Suick Thriller increased his numbers when fishing new waters. By the mid 1990’s Indiana’s stocking program begin to really take off, and he moved to North Webster (the heart of Indiana muskie fishing) in 2003. As of 2008 Gary has taken his passion into a successful guiding career. The Shack Attack Lures Curly Sue is his go to lure, but a Suick Thriller is always close by.
