Captain Josh Stevenson is the current Minnesota state record tiger musky holder and has guided muskies for over 17 years. Josh’s home waters are the St. Croix River and Mille Lacs Lake, but he will guide just about anywhere in Minnesota. He is a frequented guest of the hit show “The Hunt For Big Fish,” starring Larry Dahlberg. On this show, Larry and Josh caught many big muskies, inlcuding two giants over 51 inches. In addition to many TV show appearances, Josh is an accomplished sports writer, seminar speaker, and fishing philanthropist. In 2004, Josh purchased Blue Ribbon Bait & Tackle and shaped most of the store to house lots of musky tackle. Josh caught his first musky on a Suick when he was only thirteen. It has been a “must have” tool for him ever since. The greatest event of Josh’s life is when his daughter Anabelle was born in January of2012. Josh’s passion for life and fishing will be obvious the moment you meet him.
